YYB North Bay Jack Garland Airport is owned by the City of North Bay and operated by the North Bay Jack Garland Airport Corporation through its Board of Directors and Management Team. The Board provides strategic oversight, governance, and direction for the airport’s operations and long-term planning. The Management Team is responsible for day-to-day operations, regulatory compliance, and strategic implementation.
