YYB Jack Garland Airport has a modern, full service, barrier free and passenger friendly terminal, offering many services and amenities.

The Airport Terminal is open daily from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily.

Food Services

For your convenience vending machines, including hot beverages, cold beverages, and snacks, are provided both before and after passenger screening.

Internet Services

Free high-speed wireless internet is provided by the North Bay Jack Garland Airport Corporation throughout the terminal for all passengers to use and enjoy.

Accessibility

Our barrier-free terminal is easily accessible for persons with limited mobility. From our parking lots to the aircraft and back, all amenities and services are conveniently located on one level.

Flight Information

Flight Information is posted on large displays inside the terminal, giving you up to the minute information on flight arrivals, departures, and delays.

Passenger Work Centre

A small and convenient Passenger Work Center is available to those who wish to use their laptop to catch-up on work while they await their departure.

ATM

An ATM is conveniently located inside the terminal.

Lost and Found

If an item has been left on board an aircraft, please contact your air carrier.

For items that may have been misplaced in the Terminal Building, please contact Airport Security at 1-705-474-2241.

Telephones

No cell phone, no problem, with both a pay phone and a direct line to a taxi located inside the terminal.

Baggage Carts

Travelling shouldn’t be hard work, which is why YYB North Bay Jack Garland Airport offers complimentary baggage carts for your convenience inside the Terminal.

Paid Parking Ticket Machine

To conveniently pay for your parking, please use one of our parking machines located in the terminal building. Additionally, there are parking machines available in both parking lots.
